Throughout the hotel: additional accessibility features include accessible toilets in public areas, lifts to food and beverage areas, allocated parking spaces, accessible conference facilities, and accessibility to the restaurant.

We'll write your name on a post it note which will get stuck to the bottom of Mr Poppet's paw when he jumps up onto Kate's desk. What happens with it after that is anyone's guess!

If the event is canceled, moved, or rescheduled by us, you are entitled to a full refund, or pro-rata if additional services/products have been accessed/used. The event is available to attend either In-person or Virtually, and is being recorded for replay access to the whole day so anyone who can not attend on the day due to a change in plans can still access the whole event.
In-person tickets can be switched to Virtual tickets at any time, but Virtual tickets can only be exchanged for In-person tickets if they are seats available. All tickets are transferable by letting us know the name of the new ticket holder.
The event will be livestreamed throughout the whole day so you can watch each speaker in real time and participate in their session. We'll send you the links to everything you need before the event starts.
This means you'll be able to join in any of the mini-competitions, the fun tasks, and asks questions you'd like the speaker to answer.
You'll have access to the same resources as well, in a digital format, such as workbooks etc.
Plus! You will automatically get sent the replays to go back over in your own time.
The venue charges for parking to prevent commuters from using the spaces and reducing the number available for guests. 250 parking spaces available within the hotel grounds. This includes 6 accessible spaces.The car park is on a first arrive first serve basis therefore spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
The cost per 24 hours/overnight is £6 per night. The following tariff applies:
Up to 1 hour: Free
Up to 4 hours: £2.00
Up to 12 hours: £4.00
13 to 24 hours: £6.00
Blue Badge Holders are Free of Charge with valid badge.
The above prices are applicable to all guests including those staying overnight and are subject to change.
