Throughout the hotel, additional accessibility features include accessible toilets in public areas, lifts to food and beverage areas, allocated parking spaces, accessible conference facilities, and accessibility to the restaurant.

You have the legal requirement of 14 days to cancel after purchasing. The event is available to attend either In-person or Virtually, and is being recorded for replay access to the whole day so anyone who can not attend on the day due to a change in plans can still access the whole event.
In-person tickets can be switched to Virtual tickets at any time, but Virtual tickets can only be exchanged for In-person tickets if they are available. All tickets are transferable by letting us know the name of the new ticket holder.
If after this event, you don't feel like it’s been worth every penny…
I will refund your money no questions asked. It’s as simple as that. Buy a ticket, and if you don’t think you’ve received a tonne of value, then you’ll get a refund.
YES! Absolutely! As soon as you've bought your ticket you'll be invited to register as an affiliate, and we also have prizes in store for you too!
The event will be livestreamed throughout the whole day so you can watch each speaker in real time and participate in their session. We'll send you the links to everything you need before the event starts.
This means you'll be able to join in any of the mini-competitions, the fun tasks, and asks questions you'd like the speaker to answer.
You'll have access to the same resources as well, in a digital format, such as workbooks etc.
Plus! You will automatically get sent the replays to go back over in your own time.
The venue charges for parking to prevent commuters from using the spaces and reducing the number available for guests. 250 parking spaces available within the hotel grounds. This includes 6 accessible spaces.The car park is on a first arrive first serve basis therefore spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
The cost per 24 hours/overnight is £6 per night. The following tariff applies:
Up to 1 hour: Free
Up to 4 hours: £2.00
Up to 12 hours: £4.00
13 to 24 hours: £6.00
Blue Badge Holders are Free of Charge with valid badge.
The above prices are applicable to all guests including those staying overnight and are subject to change.
Driving: The conference venue is North of Oxford City centre just inside the main ring road where the A34 and A40 cross; approx. 10 mins from M40.

Coach: There is coach station in Oxford City centre with frequent local buses available going past the venue and stopping at a bus stop 3 mins walk away. National Express, and the Oxford Tube stop inside the coach station. There is also a taxi rank 2 mins walk from the coach station.
Local Buses: From both the train station and the coach station to Leornardo Royal Hotel - the stop to get off is called 'First Turn'.

You can either jump through hoops, untangle the red tape, and break some glass ceilings on the day to get your certificate!
Or you can attend the whole day, learn lots of stuff, have great fun, and get your credits that way!

I've checked hotel prices in the area and there is not much difference between booking direct or through somewhere like Booking.com, even with a conference venue discount.

10 mins away by bus or car in Summertown In Summertown, there is an Easy Hotel. Summertown has shops, bars, etc. and 20 mins down the same road to the centre of Oxford itself.

Traffic from there to the venue is outbound so shouldn't cause a problem in the morning if you are staying over the night before. Oxford inbound traffic in the mornings is horrendous, and avoiding stress before an event is always to be preferred!
Yes! We have a Facebook Group and a separate community space for the event. We'll send you details of that. Make plans to meet up, share journeys, offer assistance, make friends!
